Description
• Het voorzien in catering voor studenten, leerlingen en medewerkers op commerciële basis; • Het voorzien in banqueting (niet exclusief voor Opdrachtnemer); • Het voorzien in warme dranken ten behoeve van medewerkers, studenten en leerlingen; • Daarbij gaat het om de locaties Boxtel en Eindhoven. Het gaat om twee locaties voor waar een counter wordt gerealiseerd en in Boxtel om 4 gebouwen waar aanvullend warme dranken en banqueting worden verzorgd. De omvang van de opdracht is uit te drukken in het aantal gebruikers. In Boxtel gaat het om ongeveer 1000 mbo studenten die in huis zijn (stagiaires niet meegeteld) en ongeveer 125 medewerkers. In Eindhoven gaat het om ongeveer 1000 mbo studenten in huis, ongeveer 500 vmbo leerlingen en ongeveer 150 medewerkers.
