Description
De opdracht betreft het leveren, implementeren, hosten, (blijven) ondersteunen en doorontwikkelen van het SIS voor het MBO van SintLucas. Hieronder vallen in ieder geval de volgende procesgebieden (functioneel én niet-functioneel) binnen één geïntegreerd systeem: Kernregistratie, Onderwijs catalogus, Begeleiding en Aan- en afwezigheid. Levering van een Student Informatie Systeem in een omgeving met ongeveer 2.800 studenten
Award criteria
- Quality — Invulling geven aan de functionele eisen zoals opgenomen in Deel B Beschrijvend document en verzameld in spreadsheet Functionele eisen
- Quality — Beantwoording van vijf open vragen met betrekking tot de verschillende processen die het SIS ondersteunt.
- Quality — Gedetailleerde beschrijving van de implementatie, inclusief conversie van de huidige data, van het nieuwe SIS.
- Quality — Demonstratie van vijf scenario's met betrekking tot: 1 Aanmelden/inschrijving 2 Rapportages 3 Rooster - SIS 4 Docent – onderwijsverantwoordelijke 5 Examineren/diplomeren/certificeren
- Price — Totale inschrijfprijs, bestaande uit: 1. Implementatiekosten 2. Tarieven voor de software 3. Gewogen uurtarieven
