Predmetom obstarania je vývoj a implementácia vnútroštátneho elektronického systému na zhromažďovanie informácií o platbách (ďalej len CESOP-SK), ktorého implementácia vyplýva Slovenskej republike zo schváleného vykonávacieho nariadenia EK 2022/1504 a súvisiacich nariadení ako aj § 70a zákona o DPH účinného od dňa 01.01.2024.
