Description
Onkologický pavilón sa bude nachádzať v areáli Ústrednej vojenskej nemocnice v Ružomberku v mieste pôvodnej stavby diétnej kuchyne a pľúcnych ambulancií. Stavba diétnej kuchyne v súčasnosti nie je využívaná, pľúcny pavilón je využívaný, ale ambulancie po postavení nového Pľúcneho pavilónu budú presťahované. Nový onkologický pavilón bude umiestnený medzi dvoma komunikáciami (hlavná komunikácia v areáli a bočná komunikácie na východnej strane areálu). Zo severnej strany bude sa nachádzať novopostavené energocentrum a z južnej bude susediť z budovou Protónového centra. Pavilón bude tvorený dvoma obdĺžnikovými kubusmi vzájomne oddilatovanými. Jednopodlažný menší kubus bude vytvorený pre dva lineárne urýchľovače a brachyterapiu. Väčší kubus bude tvoriť jedno podzemné technické podlažie a sedem nadzemných podlaží, siedme podlažie bude technické. Úspešný uchádzač zabezpečí vypracovanie projektovej dokumentácie v stupni pre stavebné povolenie, realizačnú projektovú dokumentáciu a porealizačnú projektovú dokumentáciu. Uchádzač zároveň dodá stavebné práce.
