Predmet nabave su usluge čuvanja poslovnih objekata i ostalih nekretnina u vlasništvu HBOR-a – I. i II. grupa predmeta nabave, za razdoblje od 36 mjeseci od dana stupanja na snagu ugovora o javnoj nabavi zaključenog u svakoj Grupi predmeta nabave. 1. grupa predmeta nabave opisuje se kako slijedi u nastavku: 1. Naoružani zaštitar - dva (2) radna mjesta 24 sata dnevno, radnim danima, subotom, nedjeljom, blagdanima, spomendanima i neradnim danima (u smjenama), u poslovnom objektu Naručitelja u Zagrebu, Strossmayerov trg 9 (od 1.3.2027.) i Zelinska 3; - jedno (1) radno mjesto, 13 sati (od 07:00 do 20:00 sati) radnim danom (od ponedjeljka do petka), u poslovnom objektu u Zagrebu, Gajeva 33. 2. Naoružani zaštitar / recepcionar - jedno (1) radno mjesto, 8 sati (od 8:00 do 16:00 sati) radnim danom (od ponedjeljka do petka), u bilo kojem poslovnom objektu u Zagrebu, po potrebi i telefonskoj i pisanoj narudžbi (e-mailom) Naručitelja 3 dana prije potrebe angažiranja, a do iskorištenja troškovnikom predviđenog broja sati 3. Centralni dojavni sustav - nadzor nad sustavom zaštite izvan redovnog radnog vremena objekta u Gajevoj 33 i Katančićevoj 3, Zagreb - nadzor nad sustavom zaštite 24 sata…
