Kiinteistö Oy Itätuuli hallinnoi 618 vuokra-asuntoa Kemin alueella. Yhtiö on hankkimassa käyttöönsä vuokrauksen hallinnan järjestelmää, mikä mahdollistaa -asukasvalinnan -luottotietojen tarkistus -vuokrareskontra (päivävuokran perinnän) -sähköiset palvelut asiakkaille (mm. asuntohakemus, irtisanominen) -raportointi (Varke raportit) -kirjanpido liittymä Visma Fivaldi järjestelmään tulevaisuudessa arvostaisimme mahdollisuutta laajentaa ohjelmiston käyttöä kiinteistö-, muuttojenhallintaan, huoltoon ja kunnossapitoon. Pienellä resurssilla ohjelmistokokonaisuuden käyttöönotto tulee tapahtua avaimet käteen periaatteella ja käyttöönotto vuoden loppuun mennessä.
