Kiinteistö Oy Itätuuli hallinnoi 618 vuokra-asuntoa Kemin alueella. Yhtiö on hankkimassa käyttööns vuokrauksen toiminnanohjauksen järjestelmää, mikä mahdollistaa - asukasvalinnan -luottotietojen tarkistuksen - vuokrareskontran (myös päivävuokran laskutus) - sähköiset palvelut asiakkaalle (mm. asuntohakemus ja irtisanominen) - raportointi (varke raportit, käyttöaste) - kirjanpidon liittymä Visma Fivaldi järjestelmä tulevaisuudessa mahdollisuus laajentaa käyttöönotto kiinteistö-, muuttojenhallinta, huolto ja kunnossapito. Pienellä resurssilla ohjelmistokokonaisuuden käyttöönotto tulee tapahtua avaimet käteen periaatteella.
