Description
Upphandlingen avser ramavtal för VS-arbeten vid till- och ombyggnationer samt reparations, underhålls-, injusterings- och renoveringsarbeten av Beställarens fastighetsbestånd. Entreprenaderna kommer att variera i storlek och omfattning och kan vara allt från enkla reparationer t.ex. utbyte av vattenblandare till större ombyggnationer som kan innebära både projektering och utförande av stambyte eller ombyggnation av värmeväxlare. Ramavtalet avser arbeten i samtliga Beställarens hamnar, det vill säga Stockholms innerstads hamnar, Nynäshamns hamn, Stockholm Norviks hamn och Kapellskärs hamn. Stockholms Hamnar avser att teckna Ramavtal med tre (3) Entreprenören. Grunden för utvärdering är det ekonomiskt mest fördelaktiga anbuden baserat på pris. Ramavtalets uppskattade omsättning är tre miljoner (3 000 000) svenska kronor/år. Ramavtalets högsta värde är trettio miljoner (30 000 000) svenska kronor för hela avtalstiden på åtta (8) år. Uppskattad omsättning och högsta värde är varken bindande eller ska uppfattas som en utfästelse. Denna upphandling är inte delad i avtalsområden. Entreprenören ska lämna anbud på samtliga efterfrågade tjänster.
