Description
De huidige E&Z synthese modules in de GMP PET faciliteit zijn geïnstalleerd in 2010. De modules zijn inmiddels technisch en economisch afgeschreven en moeten met urgentie worden vervangen om de radiofarmaca productie betrouwbaar te kunnen continueren. De E&Z modules worden gebruikt voor de productie van C-11 als F-18 radiotracers zoals C-11 PIB, C-11 RACLO, C-11 FLUMA etc en F-18 MC225, F18- Olaparib etc. De modules zijn geschikt om complexere radiosyntheses uit te voeren. Na marktconsultatie is gebleken dat de Trasis all-in one modules het alternatief zijn voor de huidige E&Z modules en voldoen aan de huidige regelgeving met betrekking tot stralingsveiligheid en Good Manufacturing Practice. Na marktconsultatie is gebleken dat alleen Trasis S.A. de specificaties heeft om een synthese module voor PET radiofarmaca productie te leveren. Trasis S.A. is de enige leverancier die 18F en 11C radiochemie productie ondersteunt.
