Vrijwillige transparantie vooraf voor de aanschaf van Cytocypher ion imaging and contractility system Dit betreft de publicatie in geval van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf van het voornemen tot het gunnen van de opdracht voor de aanschaf van een (1) Cytocypher ion imaging and contractility system. De aanschaf van een (1) Cytocypher ion imaging and contractility system zal op basis van een uitzondering op de aanbestedingsplicht enkelvoudig onderhands kunnen worden gegund omdat het UMCG zich kan beroepen op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub. AW. Dit artikel beschrijft dat wanneer er om technische redenen er geen mededinging mogelijk is, er een uitzondering ontstaat op de aanbestedingsplicht. Omschrijving: Contractie en relaxatie van het hart wordt bepaald door nauwkeurig gecontroleerde fluctuaties in ion concentraties in hartspiercellen. Kleine afwijkingen hierin kunnen resulteren in aritmie en hartfalen met de dood tot gevolg. Het accuraat kunnen meten van ion fluctuaties in hartspiercellen is daarom belangrijk voor onderzoek aan hartspier ziektes en voor de evaluatie van mogelijke medicijnen.
