Description
Beschrijving Dit betreft de publicatie in geval van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf van het voornemen tot het gunnen van de opdracht voor uitbreiding met aanschaf van drie (3) PAT en twee (2) LET modules, continuering van software-onderhoud voor 10 jaar van het RayStation bestralingsplanningsysteem (TPS) en inclusief opties op modules. De uitbreiding met aanschaf inclusief onderhoud en opties zal op basis van een uitzondering op de aanbestedingsplicht enkelvoudig onderhands kunnen worden gegund omdat het UMCG zich kan beroepen op artikel 2.32 lid 1 sub. AW. Dit artikel beschrijft dat wanneer er om technische redenen er geen mededinging mogelijk is, er een uitzondering ontstaat op de aanbestedingsplicht. Motivatie UMCG levert vanuit haar visie de best mogelijke protonentherapie en is daartoe ook verplicht in het kader van de Model-Based vergelijking met de best mogelijke fotonentherapie. Om state-of-the-art te blijven zijn twee nieuwe technieken nodig waarvoor modules in het TPS moeten worden aangeschaft: PAT (Proton Arc Therapy) en LET (Linear Energy Transfer) gebaseerde optimalisatie.
