Description
De afdeling Genetica is voornemens om tot aanschaf van een door Genoox geleverd softwarepakket "Franklin" over te gaan. Dit ter vervanging van het huidige door Agilent geleverde softwarepakket Allisa Interpret. Dit softwarepakket wordt eind 2024 niet meer ondersteund door Agilent. Er is dus dringende noodzaak om een overstap te maken naar een geschikt alternatief. De software wordt gebruikt voor het analyseren en interpreteren van door Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) verkregen data ten behoeve van patiënten met een mogelijk genetisch defect in hun genoom. Het borgen van de genetische zorgtaken van de afdeling Genetica en hiervoor binnen de sectie ontwikkelde werkwijzen staat hierbij voorop. De opdracht bestaat in totaal uit aanschaf van het product, raamovereenkomst, inclusief gebruikslicenties en onderhoudscontract.
