Description
De afdeling Genetica is voornemens om voor een periode van 1 jaar een PromethION platform PRO-SEQ048 x1 te gaan gebruiken van de firma Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT) inzake een pilotproject voor het inzetten van long read humane genoom sequencing (lrWGS) in een klinische setting. Betaling voor het gebruik van het PromethION systeem vindt plaats door de afname van systeem specifieke flow-cells. De opdracht bestaat in totaal uit tijdelijk gebruik van het PromethION platform via een zichtorder, en een aantal individuele orders voor de flow-cells en controles. De geraamde waarde van de opdracht gaat de aanbestedingsdrempel van €221.000 ex BTW te boven.
