Het Universitair Medisch Centrum Utrecht (UMCU) werkt op basis van een Integraal Strategisch Vastgoedplan (iSVP) aan de vernieuwing van haar vastgoed. Dat betreft diverse projecten, die elkaar in tijd opvolgen, maar ook deels parallel lopen. Het UMCU is voornemens een bouwcontractmanager te contracteren, om de samenhang en samenloop van die projecten in goede banen te leiden, en de bouwcontracten van die projecten te managen (directievoering).
