SURF wenst op korte termijn twee Dynamisch Aankoopsystemen in te stellen voor de levering van office workspace en productivity software. Of deze DASsen qua scope worden verdeeld in twee of meer categorieën zal nog worden bepaald, maar de scope van de DASsen betreft; 1. Dedicated office workspace en productivity software met onder andere functionaliteit voor: - Tekstverwerkers - E-mail - Spreadsheets - Presentaties - Samenwerking en communicatie - Projectmanagement en taakbeheer - Opslag en bestanddeling - AI software voor office workspace en productivity processen met geïntegreerde UI. (AI in bestaande tools, of 'losse' AI-tool met UI) 2. Google software voor gebruik in educatie: - Google Workspace; - Chrome; - Gemini. Van ondernemers die zich willen aanmelden zal worden gevraagd aan te tonen ervaring te hebben met de levering van dergelijke software op de aangegeven functiegebieden. Hierbij kan worden gedacht losse (lokaal te draaien) licenties of complete SaaS-oplossingen, inclusief ondersteuning bij gebruik.
