Description

Dublin City Council gives notice to invoke Article 32.2 (b) (iii) for a derogation from public procurement whereby the works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights. . Dublin City Council intends to award a contract to Kyron Street Limited for 1 year. The maximum value of of this contract is €60,160 ex VAT. The Telemetry is needed for these bins to communicate with the Big Belly Bins software application, this allows Waste Management to remotely monitor the Big Belly Bins and to receive fullness notifications to inform staff of when these bins need to be emptied.
