Description
Stavanger municipality intends to enter into a contract with Sykkel service AS for environmental guard services. The Environmental CareTaker Service shall contribute to creating a better living environment, both physically and socially, that is safe, in an area with a high proportion of municipal residences and living conditions challenges. The intention is to establish a new service by testing this tender. This shall be implemented by obtaining new knowledge and further developing new systems. The assignments include offering practical and social assistance to residents in an area to increase living ability, create security and counteract neighbouring conflicts to be a point of contact between services and residents, and provide information on relevant tenders and services to activate residents to create a meeting place to prevent outsiders among vulnerable residents
