Description
Stavanger municipality shall construct new premises for Metropolis near Nytorget in central Stavanger. Metropolis is a youth centre in Stavanger municipality. The area programme includes, among other things, rehearsal rooms, studios, halls, workshops and work stations for employees. The gross area programme is approx. 2,500 m2. The regulations and plan maps and plan 2774 are attached (Annexes 1 and 2). The plan shall be built on Field B. Houses 1 and 2 in the plan are listed and shall be moved. There will most likely be an ongoing construction project on the neighbouring site at the same time that this project is carried out.
