Description
Für den ÖBB Infrastruktur Standort in Knittelfeld wird eine vollautomatisierte Heftanlage für Rammpfähle ausgeschrieben. Die geplante Anlage wird vom Mitarbeiter mit den fertigzugeschnittenen Blechen bestückt. Die Anlage baut die Pfähle vollautomatisiert zusammen und heftet bzw. schweißt diese alle 500mm aus. Der fertige Pfahl wird vom Mitarbeiter aus der Anlage entnommen. Die neue Anlage besteht ausfolgenden Komponenten: -Schweißroboter, 6 Achsen, mit kleiner Handachse, Arbeitsradius 1.700 mm, -Handling Roboter, 6 Achsen, Arbeitsradius 2.700 mm, -Digitale MIG/MAG Schweißstromquelle, -Gasdüsensuchsensor -Verstärkte Bodenfahrbahn für Geschwindigkeit 30 m/min -Drehvorrichtung Drehzahl 6 U/min -Sicherheitslichtvorhang -Vorrichtungen -Greifer für Kleinteile und Großteile (Parallelgreifer, Magnetgreifer) -Montage, Inbetriebnahme und Programmierung Wartungsvertrag wird für 3 Jahre mit ausgeschrieben.
