Description
Beskrivning/Omfattning Upphandling omfattar inköp av vitvaror, dvs. produkter för hushåll (normal användning) samt professionella produkter, hushållsapparater (småelektronik) och tillhörande tjänster. Med tillhörande tjänster avses utbyten av befintliga vitvaror, i förekommande fall nyinstallation av vitvaror samt service och reparationer under garantitiden. I uppdraget ingår exempelvis uppackning/avemballering, komplett montering, installation, nedmontering/demontering samt bortförsel av befintliga utrustning/produkter, inställelse vid felanmälan samt utbildning och rådgivning för de produkter som omfattas av ramavtalet. Service och reparationer ska även tillhandahållas på kommunens befintliga utrustning/produkter (inom efterfrågade produktområden) där garantitiden har löpt ut. Leverantören ska ha erforderlig kompetens och behörighet att kunna hantera både äldre och nya moderna modeller. Befintligt utrustning/produkter är fördelat på (uppgifterna avser hela upphandlingen): - cirka 3000-4000 produkter för hushåll/normal användning (Cylinda, Bosch, Elvita, Electrolux och Asko) respektive - cirka 400 professionella produkter (Miele, Electrolux) Det kommer vara vanligt föreko…
