Description
Denna upphandling avser köp av vitvaror, med och utan installation för avrop vid behov under avtalstiden. Med vitvaror avses varor/maskiner som till exempel tvättmaskiner, torktumlare, torkskåp diskmaskiner, spisar, frys- och kylskåp. Exempel på utrymmen/platser där vitvarorna ska placeras är serviceboenden, HVB-hem, personalutrymmen, lunchrum, mindre förskolor. Tjänster som leverans och installation samt återtag av utbytt enhet och återtag av emballage ska kunna ombesörjas av leverantören. Leverantören ska erbjuda miljöanpassade vitvaror som fungerar i både privat och offentlig miljö. Viktiga miljöaspekter som tagits hänsyn till är energianvändning och ljudnivå. Antagen leverantör ska arbeta aktivt med att erbjuda vitvaror av god kvalitét med låg miljöpåverkan till lägsta kostnad. För att minimera störningar i kundens löpande verksamheter ska antagen leverantör ha en hög servicegrad och säkerställa att leverans och utbyten av vitvaror kan ske utan dröjsmål.
