Description
Vinterväghållning av anläggningar och anordningar i den omfattning som beställaren har skyldighet att utföra som ansvarig för vinterväghållningen. Detta gäller ytor som specificeras i kartmaterial för upphandlingen. Kommunen sköter idag all kontakt med entreprenörerna för respektive område inom Nyköpings kommun. Uppdraget kommer att delas upp i olika områden och det står anbudsgivaren fritt att inkomma med anbud för ett eller flera områden. Entreprenören kallar ut för insatser på avrop från beställaren. Omfattning, begränsningar och beskrivning av uppdraget är preciserat i bilaga 4. Uppdragsbeskrivning. Bifogat i upphandlingsdokumenten finns även kartunderlag för de områden denna upphandling avser. Under avtalstiden kan förändringar gällande nuvarande områden ske. Omfattningen av längder och ytor kan ändras under entreprenadtiden och ändring av vinterväghållningsåtgärder kan förekomma t.ex. efter politiska beslut. Entreprenören ska anpassa sina insatser efter detta.
