Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Betrieb der Infrastruktur und die Betriebsführung der Eisenbahnstrecke als Anschlussbahn ohne Eigenbetrieb und mit beschränkt öffentlichem Verkehr im Sinne der §§ 7 Z 3 und 17b Abs 3 Eisenbahngesetz 1957 i.d.g.F (im Folgenden: „Eisenbahngesetz“) auszuschreiben. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird das gegenständliche Vergabeverfahren geführt.
