Entreprenaden upphandlas enligt lagen om offentlig upphandling (LOU) Entreprenaden omfattar tillsyn, yttre skötsel, felavhjälpande underhåll under barmarks- och snöperioden, samt mindre anläggningsjobb. I entreprenaden ingår även jour och beredskap för vinterväghållning Entreprenaden ska utföras på ett sätt som syftar till att målsättningarna med entreprenaden kan uppnås.
