Description
Sarpsborg municipality is, in accordance with the Animal Health Personnel Act § 3a, responsible for organising clinical veterinary duty services outside ordinary working hours for duty district Østfold south. This duty district is for Sarpsborg, Halden and Aremark municipalities.
