Description
Sarpsborg municipality intends to enter into a contract with Kvartal 64 AS, org no. 827 372 242 for the rent of 44 sheltered accommodation flats with associated personnel base in quarter 64 in Sarpsborg. municipality. The objective of the agreement is to ensure suitable and modern residences for persons with a need for adapted sheltered accommodations, as well as facilitate efficient and professionally responsible operation of the municipality ́s welfare services. The agreement will include the hire of completed residences and personnel base, as well as the necessary common areas. and technical systems in accordance with the municipality ́s requirement specifications. Sarpsborg municipality assesses that the actual project safeguards the municipality's need for future sheltered accommodation flats in the area and therefore intends to enter into a contract with Quarter 64 AS for the realisation of this. The contract will be valid for 30 years, with an estimated value of NOK 300,000,000. NOK 8 million excluding VAT per annum.
