Description
Zur Unterstützung der Umsetzung des Projekts „Support to Municipalities in Libya“ ist eine Erweiterung des bestehenden Dienstleistungsvertrags mit dem Expertenvorgesehen. Hintergrund ist die vom Zuwendungsgeberbeschlossene erhebliche Ausweitung der Schulungsmaßnahmen in Libyen, die zusätzliche Arbeitstage erforderlich macht. Im Zuge des laufenden Dezentralisierungsprozesses der libyschen Regierung haben sich die Schulungsbedarfe der libyschen Gemeinden deutlich erweitert - sowohl in Bezug auf die Anzahl und Themenvielfalt als auch auf die Qualität der Trainingsmaßnahmen. Künftig werden die Gemeinden für wesentlich mehr Aufgaben verantwortlich sein als bisher.
