Avtalet omfattar ett verktyg för medarbetarundersökning. RISE har behov av att göra några gånger per år en koncerngemensam mätning. Mätningen ska ge en bred bild där varje team kan identifiera områden som behöver utvecklas och förbättras vad gäller kultur, teamklimat och arbetsmiljö. För dessa områden ska mätningen fånga utvecklingen över tid och ge en jämförelse med andra organisationers resultat.
