Description
Upphandlingen avser verktyg för elektroniska underskrifter som kommer att användas för signering av varierande typer av handlingar– allt från politiska protokoll, anställningsavtal och hyreskontrakt till handlingar inom myndighetsutövning (inkl. myndighetsutövning enligt Socialtjänstlagen) närliggande områden som e-arkiv och digital informationsöverföring, verktyg i syfte att förbättra kommunens digitala flöde. Upphandlingsdokumenten har tidigare publicerats för extern remiss. I ändringsloggen (Bilaga "Ändringar gjorda efter extern remiss" framgår samtliga justeringar som skiljer remissdokument mot härmed annonserade upphandlingsdokument)
