Upphandlingen avser abskaffande av leverantör(er) för tyngre verkstadstjänster (t.ex. motorbyten), karroseriarbeten samt ytbehandlingsarbeten. Upphandlingen är uppdelad på tre områden -verstadsarbeten, karrosseriarbeten samt ytbehandlingsarbeten. Anbudsgivaren kan offerera på en eller flera delar och Skellefteå Buss kan anta anbud helt eller delat.
