Härmed inbjudes intresserade leverantörer till anbudsgivning avseende upphandling i enlighet med villkor i upphandlingsdokumentet samt eventuella bifogade handlingar. Upphandlingen avser ett verksamhetssystem för socialförvaltningen. Verksamhetssystemet ska möta behovet hos verksamheter som vård och omsorg, socialpsykiatrin, LSS, kommunal primärvård och individ- och familjeomsorg inklusive arbetsmarknad.
