Vilhelmina kommun (nedan kallad den upphandlande myndigheten) inbjuder till anbudsgivning avseende Verksamhetssystem för Socialtjänsten Vilhelmina, enligt upphandlingsdokumentet. Systemet ska täcka behovet för Vilhelmina kommun inom såväl handläggning och myndighetsutövning som öppenvård och verkställighet inom ramen för lagstiftning enligt SoL, LVU, LVM, LSS och HSL.
