Description
Beställaren avser upphandla ett nytt Verksamhetssystem för Kulturskolan som en SaaS (Software as a Service) tjänst. Syftet med upphandlingen är att genomföra en annonserad upphandling och teckna ett strategiskt, långsiktigt kontrakt som säkrar Kulturskolans verksamhet och bidrar till ökad kvalitet, tillgänglighet och effektivitet. Upphandlingen avser ett verksamhetssystem, Systemet utgör en strategisk och långsiktig investering med betydande insatser och kostnader för införande, utbildning och integration mot t. ex ekonomisystem och andra befintliga system. Det nya avtalet ska skapa stabila, rättssäkra och transparenta förutsättningar för leverans av tjänster med hög kvalitet. Avtalet ska även stödja Kulturskolans mål om att vara en tillgänglig och inkluderande verksamhet för barn och unga i kommunen. Genom projektet ska verksamhetens behov tydliggöras, samordnas och omsättas i ett kontrakt.
