Description
Uppdraget innebär att leverera Verksamshetssystem för Huddinge kommuns verksamheter inom socialtjänst, vård och omsorg i enlighet med krav och villkor i upphandlingsdokumenten. Systemet ska tillhandahållas som tjänst (SaaS) och inkludera drift, support och tillhörande konsulttjänster. I Huddinge kommun förvaltas IT-tjänster genom en objektstruktur utifrån styr- och samverkansmodellen PM3. IT-tjänsten ska stödja objektets fem delområden: Stöd för ekonomiskt bistånd, arbetsmarknadsinsatser och mottagande av nyanländaStöd för individ- och familjeomsorgStöd för äldreomsorgStöd för omsorg om personer med funktionsnedsättningStöd för hälso- och sjukvårdsorganisationIT-tjänstens områden innefattar myndighetshandläggning, utförardokumentation, hälso- och sjukvård, invånartjänster samt tillhörande stödprocesser. Systemet ska kunna stötta förenkling och effektivisering av arbetssätt för medarbetare och bidra till ökad tillgänglighet för personer i behov av stöd samt möjliggöra systematisk uppföljning. Verksamhetsområdena som använder systemstödet styrs av en mängd lagar föreskrifter och regler vilket också ställer höga krav på informationssäkerhet och rättssäkerhet.
