Description
Le présent marché a pour objet de confier à un bureau de contrôle technique, la vérification règlementaire périodique des installations électriques et gaz dans les bâtiments appartenant ou occupés par la Commune du Tampon. L'accord-cadre à bons de commande est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an. Il est reconductible tacitement par période annuelle sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder 4 ans. En cas d'atteinte du seuil maximum prévu au marché, il peut être reconduit de manière anticipée pour une nouvelle période d'un an. La durée de l'accord-cadre sera ainsi réduite au prorata des mois anticipés. Le pouvoir adjudicateur informe par écrit le titulaire de cette reconduction anticipée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Montant maximum annuel : 100 000,00 HT euro(s)
