Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations ne sont pas décomposées en lots Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le montant maximum annuel des commandes est de 100 000 euro(s) HT. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour un an renouvelable 3 fois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 4 ans. La reconduction pourra intervenir de manière anticipée dans le cas où le montant maximum serait atteint avant le terme de la période considérée (période initiale ou une des deux premières périodes de reconduction). Par conséquent, la nouvelle période contractuelle débutera à compter de la date fixée dans la lettre de reconduction anticipée, pour une période d'un an de date à date. La durée maximale de l'accord-cadre sera ainsi réduite au prorata des mois anticipés. L'accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique
