Alle Eingänge des Gebäudes sind barrierefrei zu planen. Auftragsgegenstand ist die eigenverantwortliche technische und kommerzielle Abwicklung des gesamten Bauvorhabens einschließlich der baulichen Umsetzung durch einen Totalübernehmer.
