Description
Er is sprake van grootschalige projecten (verbouwing verpleegtorens, vernieuwing OK complexen, herschikking laboratorium faciliteiten) binnen het UMCG. Om de grootschalige projecten doorgang te laten vinden dienen er voorbereidende werkzaamheden plaats te vinden. Daarnaast zijn er andere projecten vanuit groot onderhoud en/of mutaties. Hiervoor zal het UMCG meerdere Raamcontractanten aan zich verbinden waarmee het lerend effect geborgd wordt en er een leveranciersrelatie kan worden opgebouwd. Om de onderlinge communicatie eenvoudiger te maken wordt er in de Raamovereenkomst een overzicht opgenomen van veel voorkomende taken.
