Upphandlingen omfattar ramavtal avseende ventilationsarbete och service. Arbete kan utföras i lokaler med pågående verksamheter eller kvarvarande boende. Maximal volym för ramavtalen är - Helsingborgs stad - 70 000 000 kronor - Helsingborgs hamn - 1 600 000 kronor. - NSR - 1 800 000 kronor. - Öresundskraft AB - 3 000 000 kronor. Takvolym avser fyra (4) år. Takvolym ska inte förväxlas med uppskattad volym för upphandlingen. När takvolym för avtalet har uppnåtts upphör detta att gälla. Dock kvarstår leverantörens förpliktelser avseende garantiåtaganden och leveransvillkor för de beställningar som gjorts på avtalet.
