Description

Αντικείμενο της Σύμβασης είναι η βελτίωση και η αναβάθμιση της συνολικής εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης των φορολογούμενων και η αναβάθμιση του συνόλου των σχετικών πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και εργαλείων του Κέντρου Εξυπηρέτησης Φορολογούμενων (ΚΕΦ) της Ανεξάρτητης Αρχής Δημοσίων Εσόδων. Η βελτίωση και αναβάθμιση της συνολικής εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης των φορολογούμενων θα επιτευχθεί μέσω ενός ενιαίου παν-καναλικού συστήματος (omni channel) εξυπηρέτησης το οποίο θα αποτελεί έναν κόμβο συλλογής και μεταβίβασης της πληροφορίας από και προς τα επιμέρους κανάλια εξυπηρέτησης (διαδικτυακή πύλη, ψηφιακό βοηθό, εφαρμογή για κινητά, τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση, κ.ά.). Μέσω αυτή της συνολικής, πολύπλευρης και παν-καναλικής εξυπηρέτησης μέσω της omni channel προσέγγισης, ο φορολογούμενος θα έχει τη δυνατότητα αξιοποίησης ενός ή περισσοτέρων καναλιών επικοινωνίας με την ΑΑΔΕ και των επιμέρους Δ.Ο.Υ και Τελωνείων. Ταυτόχρονα, όλες οι τεχνολογικές υποδομές που σχετίζονται με την εξυπηρέτηση των φορολογουμένων του ΚΕΦ θα αναβαθμιστούν μέσω της βελτίωσης του συνόλου των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων και εργαλείων για την αναβάθμιση των παρεχόμενων υπηρεσιών του υφιστάμενου Κέντρου Εξυπηρέτησης Φορολογουμένων (Κ.Ε.…
