Description
Die NRW.BANK plant die Errichtung eines Neubaus auf einem Teil des Grundstücks Haroldstraße 5 in Düsseldorf. Parallel dazu beabsichtigt der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB NRW) das Finanzministerium des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen sowie weitere Landesinstitutionen in einem eigenständigen Neubau auf dem anderen Grundstücksteil unterzubringen. Beide Projekte (zusammen: Gesamtentwicklung H5) sind in der Ausführung jeweils getrennt, sollen aber mit einer einheitlichen projektübergreifenden Zentrallogistik versorgt werden. Die Vergabe und Abwicklung der projektübergreifenden Zentrallogistik ist im Verhältnis zwischen der NRW.BANK und dem Land NRW der NRW.BANK übertragen worden.
