Parallel dazu beabsichtigt der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb NRW (BLB NRW) das Finanzministerium des Landes Nordrhein-Westfalen sowie weitere Landesinstitutionen in einem eigenständigen Neubau auf dem anderen Grundstücksteil unterzubringen.
