Description
Ombyggnad om av tidigare operationslokaler till kardiologilaboratorium för PCI och ablation. Verksamheten är tekniktät och kravställning på lokalernas utformning motsvarar operationslokaler. Lokalerna är omringad av ytor tillgängliga för sjukvården och med ögonoperationer i angränsade lokaler. Ny takduk skall läggas på befintligt yttertak och fönster som angränsar till yttertaket skall bytas. Befintligt fläktrum på yttertak där ventilationsaggregat för kardiologilaboratorium placeras skall byggas ut. Ca 2800 kvadrat. I entreprenad finns möjlighet för beställaren att köpa till en option om ca 470 kvadratmeter som ligger i direkt anslutning. Avser stomren ombyggnation för att skapa nya personalutrymmen samt en del förråd och korridor.
