Denna upphandling omfattar ca 11500 m2 takyta som ska utföras 2024. Anbudsgivare skall fysiskt bese arbetsområdet och tid bokas med beställarens kontaktperson, se AFA.122. Arbetsområdet angränsar till stora delar publika ytor såsom akutmottagning, på- och avstigning för buss, taxizon, ambulanshall med infart för ambulans till akuten (blåljus), inflygningszon med hinderhöjd för ambulanshelikopter, godsmottagning mm. Detta innebär mycket begränsade ytor för etablering, materialhantering mm.
