Politsei- ja Piirivalveamet soovib soetada politseiametnikele varjatud kandmise kaitseveste. Raamlepingu ese ja selle tehnilised tingimused on täpsemalt kirjeldatud tehnilises kirjelduses, mis on kinnitatud AvTS § 35 lõike 1 punkti 6 (2) alusel asutusesiseseks kasutamiseks.
