Description
Projektet Vapenhuset etapp 1 är den första etappen i Uppsalahems utbyggnad av området Vapenhuset i stadsdelen Kapellgärdet. Etapp 1 utgör en förtätning inom det befintliga studentbostadsområdet kallat Djäkne Höghus och omfattar totalt 6 stycken punkthus som uppförs som studentbostäder. Projektet bygger på tidig involvering av entreprenören där parterna i samverkan utformar, projekterar och genomför projektet. Projektet omfattas av klimatgränsvärden enligt Uppsala Klimatprotokoll.
