Description
Vantaan kaupungin kaupunkiympäristö toimialan toimitilajohtamisen yksikkö ja VTK Kiinteistöt Oy (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytävät tarjouksia Vantaan kaupungin palvelukiinteistöjen piha-alueiden kesä- ja talvihoitopalveluista. Palvelukiinteistöt on jaettu yhteentoista (11) palvelualueeseen, joista jokaisesta jätetään oma tarjous. Numeroituihin alueisiin 1-10 voi tarjota pääosin sekä kesä- että talvihoitoa. Alueelle 11 voi tarjota vain kesähoitoa. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen haluttuun määrään alueita. Sopimuskausi alkaa 10.11.2025 kello 0.00 ja on kestoltaan 36 kuukautta. Tilaajalla on mahdollisuus jatkaa sopimusta enintään kaksi kertaa 12 kuukaudeksi kerrallaan.
