Hankinnan kohteena on Suomen valtion kirjanpitoyksiköiden valuuttamääräinen rahahuolto, sisältäen seuraavat palvelut: - valuuttamääräisen käteisen rahan tilitys - valuuttamääräisen vaihtorahan tilaus (lajiteltu raha) - verkkopalvelu (tilaukset ja raportointi Asiakkaille) - tuki- ja neuvontapalvelu - raportointi Valtiokonttorille. Palvelun käyttöön oikeutettuja Asiakkaita ovat Suomen valtion kirjanpitoyksiköt ja talousarvion ulkopuolella olevat valtion rahastot.
