Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Cette prestation comprendra notamment le suivi agronomique des boues d'épuration de Vichy Communauté, la gestion des épandages, l'épandage, le compostage et l'incinération des boues des différentes stations d'épuration du territoire de Vichy Communauté
