Description
Hankinnan kohteena on vainajien siirto- ja ruumiinavauskuljetuspalvelut. Pohjois-Karjalan hyvinvointialueelle kuljetusten piiriin kuuluvat seuraavat kaupungit/kunnat Joensuu, Heinävesi, Ilomantsi, Juuka, Kitee, Kontiolahti, Lieksa, Liperi, Nurmes, Outokumpu, Polvijärvi, Rääkkylä, Tohmajärvi. Vainajakuljetuspalveluiden hankinta koskee vainajien siirtoa: 1. Vainajan kuljetus kuolinpaikalta (esim. vainajan koti tai yksityinen hoitokoti tai palveluasumisen yksikkö) lähimpään vainajan säilytystilaan. 2. Vainajan kuljetus kuoleman toteamiseksi Pohjois-Karjalan keskussairaalaan ja palautus kuolinpaikkakunnan säilytystilaan, sisältäen kuoleman toteamiseen kuluva odotusaika (max 30 min), samalla kertaa, edestakainen kuljetus. 3. Vainajan kuljetus hyvinvointialueen kaupungeista/kunnista Pohjois-Karjalan keskussairaalaan (esim. ruumiinavausta varten tai kuoleman toteamiseksi, mutta jätetään vainaja keskussairaalan säilytystiloihin eikä paluukuljeteta saman tien. 4. Kuljetukset Pohjois-Karjalan keskussairaalasta takaisin maakunnan säilytyspaikkoihin: koskien vainajia, jotka on tuotu Siun soten hyvinvointialueelta Pohjois-Karjalan keskussairaalaan kuoleman toteamisen vuoksi ja vainaja on …
